Talk Radio 790 KABC-AM/Los Angeles Dodgers(Feb. 2008-Current)

  • Co-host "Post game Dodger Talk" after all 162 games on flagship station of the LA Dodgers, Talk Radio 790 KABC. Field calls and interview guests. Also co-host "Sunday Night Sports Final" from 7-10 p.m.
  • Provide content for pre- and post-game show segments. Conduct live interviews from dugout after games, provide out-of-town scoreboard, game recaps with highlights, and pre-game interviews.
  • Dodgers correspondent for KABC-AM and all radio affiliates, traveling with the team on most trips, filing two daily 60-second reports, and making guest appearances on various radio programs.
  • On-field announcer for the "Coca Cola Trivia Quiz" for every game at Dodger Stadium, asking a randomly selected fan a trivia question and getting the crowd's participation in helping decide the answer.
AM 970, ESPN Radio/Modesto Nuts Baseball(March 2007-Jan. 2008)
  • Play by play announcer for all 140 games (home and away) of the Modesto Nuts (California League; Colorado Rockies affiliate). Daily broadcasts begin with 15-minute pre-game show, including daily interview with the manager, and end with 5-15 minute post-game show. Write daily notes for media. Write daily recaps from each game on the team's website, including audio highlights from the key plays.
  • Play by play announcer of Friday Night high school football game of the week. Co-hosted daily talk show. Primary booker of 1-3 guests per show, ranging from executives to players, and announcers to journalists.
The Oakland Tribune/ANG Newspapers(Dec. 1996-March 2007)
  • Traveling major-league baseball beat writer. Covered the Oakland A's for three seasons (2004-2006) and the San Francisco Giants for four seasons (2000-2003). Responsible for daily coverage (20-inch gamers, 14-inch notebooks) throughout the regular season and playoffs, and offseason coverage as news dictated. Traveled to all away games. Wrote a regular blog for website. Wrote a bi-weekly baseball column.
