Chuck Carroll starts sports radio show

(December 13, 2010)DCRTV hears that DC radio veteran Chuck Carroll is getting back into the radio game with the Sports Journey Broadcast Network. Along with former ESPN radio personality Lake Lewis and Washington Redskins players Phillip Daniels, Anthony Armstrong, and Brandon Banks.

The "Sports Journey" shows are broadcast from area sports bars and streamed live on SportsJourney.com Monday through Wednesdays from 7 PM to 9 PM.

Carroll, who recently founded FootballNewsNow.com and FNN Media, used work at Clear Channel, where he had a six-year run as producer of WASH's "After Hours With Glenn Hollis." He also produced Jon Ballard on CC's WBIG and was that station's online content director.
