(November 19, 2010) Compass Media Networks has announced a multi-year agreement with Learfield Sports for the exclusive, national, terrestrial radio broadcast rights to the Big Ten Football Championship Game, which will debut in December 2011.

Beginning in 2011, the Big Ten Conference will culminate the regular season with the Big Ten Football Championship Game, with the winner of each Big Ten division meeting to determine the Big Ten Champion and the conference's participant in the Rose Bowl Game or Bowl Championship Series National Championship Game.

"We are thrilled to bring America the Big Ten Football Championship Game," said Peter Kosann, CEO of Compass Media Networks.

"The Big Ten Football Championship Game is an incredible addition to our lineup of NFL, college football, and college basketball - including the Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament," said Michelle Salvatore, General Manager of Compass Media Networks - Sports.
