Three man rotation for Cards TV?

(November 12, 2010) Fox Sports Midwest is adding about 20 games to its Cardinals television schedule next season, picking up the contests that had been airing on KSDK (Channel 5) in recent years, to increase its slate to 150, and that is expected to lead to some tweaking in the booth.

A FSM official did not want to comment because contracts haven't been finalized, but sources said all three announcers — Dan McLaughlin, Al Hrabosky and Rick Horton — have been offered deals to return for 100 games.

That would be a decrease of 20 for McLaughlin and Hrabosky, and an increase of 39 for Horton (who also worked many more times on postgame shows in 2010).

McLaughlin would do play-by-play in all his games, working with analysts Hrabosky and Horton 50 times each. Horton would do play-by-play for his other 50 games, with Hrabosky as the analyst.

But among the twists that could alter plans is that Horton has expressed some interest in the vacant TV analyst's job with the Washington Nationals.
