(September 21, 2010) VERSUS today announced that Molly Qerim, an Emmy Award recipient for her contribution as a breaking news reporter for Fantasy Football Now on ESPN2, will be joining the cast of VERSUS' nightly show, The Daily Line, beginning with tonight's episode at 11 p.m. ET. Qerim will also have additional, but yet-to-be-announced, on-air roles at VERSUS.

"Molly's dynamic personality, great on-air presence, and vast sports knowledge makes her a fantastic addition to The Daily Line," said Andy Meyer, Vice President of Original Programming for VERSUS. "While we are very excited to have Molly join Reese, Liam and Jenn in the studio each night, we are also looking forward to having her as an on-air personality for a variety of other VERSUS programming."

In addition to her new role on VERSUS, Qerim also joined CBS College Sports earlier this year as a college football studio anchor. Qerim began her career in 2006 as a digital media correspondent for ESPN.com and ESPN Mobile before moving on to working as an interactive host for College Football Live on ESPN and ESPN 2 in 2008. During her time at the network she also co-hosted ESPNU's Campus Connection and was a correspondent on MMA Live providing reports and features across several ESPN channels both in the U.S. and abroad.

"All of my past experiences have been tremendous and well-prepared me to take this exciting next step in my career," said Qerim. "I'm thrilled to join the talented people at The Daily Line and look forward to being a part of VERSUS' incredible team."

Additionally, she has conducted on-site reporting and interviews with athletes and celebrities at world-class sporting events such as the Super Bowl, Heisman Trophy presentation, the NBA draft and All-Star Game as well as the MLB All-Star game.

She received a B.A. in communications from the University of Connecticut and her master's degree in broadcast journalism from Quinnipiac University.
