(September 15, 2010) DCRTV gets confirmation on our exclusive report of last week that Redskins owner Dan Snyder's Red Zebra will flip righty talker WTNT (570 AM) to sports talk.

The change will take place on Monday, September 20th.

As we first reported, Steve Czaban's new Sporting News Radio show will air in mornings, with personalities from ESPN's national radio network airing the rest of the time. Including Colin Cowherd, Scott Van Pelt, Doug Gottleib, and Brian Kenny. Plus a new website at sportstalk570.com.

No word on the local radio fates of WTNT's current line-up of syndicated righty political talkers, including Laura Ingraham and Michael Savage, or the "America's Morning News" morning show, formerly produced by the Washington Times. The line-up of Snyder's existing sports talker, ESPN 980, WTEM, will remain unchanged.
