(August 23, 2010) Jeff Dotseth, who has hosted radio shows in San Diego for more than a decade at four different stations, is leaving the business. Almost.
Dotseth said he will work his final regular show at XTRA Sports 1360 on Sept. 1 before departing to run the media division at Clinch Gear, a San Diego-based MMA clothing line. However, he said he will continue to host the Chargers postgame show with Josh Rosenberg on Rock 105.3 FM and XTRA. There is no word yet on who will work with Rosenberg on XTRA's 3-7 p.m. weekday show. Dotseth and Rosenberg have been in that time slot together since July 2009. Dotseth also worked at XTRA 1360 from late 2007 until January 2009, first with longtime radio partner Dave Palet and later Rosenberg. Dotseth and Palet shared shows at KFMB-AM, ESPN Radio 800 and KSCF-FM for more than a decade. Read more at
