(June 10, 2010) The Florida Panthers will announce Thursday that they are moving their games from 790 The Ticket to WQAM (560), industry sources said Tuesday. Panthers games were on WQAM from the team's inception in 1993 until 2007. The Panthers' three-year contract with The Ticket expired after this past season.Randy Moller will remain the team's radio announcer. The Panthers' station switch will mean fewer evening talk shows on WQAM (Kevin Rogers has the evening gig at the station) and more air time during the Marlins offseason for 790 evening host Jonathan Zaslow. WQAM, which lost the Dolphins to WINZ (940) after the season, now owns rights to the Panthers and University of Miami sports. _______________________
