(March 26, 2010) Beloved Cleveland sports talk radio host Geoff Sindelar died Thursday at the age of 62, WKNR 850 AM reported.
Sindelar, who lived in Avon Lake, was better known to some as "The Professor" and besides being a sports authority, he was also an avid collector of sports memorabilia. He started out as a frequent caller on the Pete Franklin show in the 1980s and eventually was given his own show on WKNR. He is survived by his wife, Donna, and his children Adam and Tara (Kerwin). _______________________
