Ryan Hatch named OM at Bonneville SeattlePress Release
(March 23, 2010) Bonneville Seattle today announced Ryan Hatch has been named Operations Manager for Bonneville Seattle (News Talk 97.3 KIRO FM, 770 KTTH, 710 ESPN Seattle and MyNorthwest.com). Hatch will direct the overall product strategy for the group and will assume the day-to-day programming responsibilities for News Talk 97.3 KIRO FM and 770 KTTH. Hatch will begin his new duties the week of April 12th, 2010. The announcement was made by Bonneville Seattle Vice President and Market Manager, Carl Gardner.Hatch is currently a key member of the leadership team which has successfully grown Bonneville’s News Talk 92.3 KTAR-FM, Sports 620 KTAR-AM, and KTAR.com into a market-leading news/talk/sports combination in Phoenix, Arizona. Hatch, as Program Director of Sports 620 KTAR AM, works in tandem with KTAR-FM Program Director Russ Hill and News Director Jon Zimney, to foster a news-centric culture, focused on enterprise reporting and utilizing both radio and digital media channels. In partnership with 710 ESPN Seattle Program Director, Owen Murphy, 97.3 KIRO FM News Director, Ursula Reutin, and Bonneville Seattle New Media Director James Bottorff, Hatch will bring a similar product strategy to Seattle creating a culture of collaboration and product integration between the newsroom, talk shows and digital media assets. “Ryan is a dynamo, a forward thinker, and a natural leader,” said Vice President and Market Manager, Carl Gardner. “We’re loaded with talent and powerful programming assets at Bonneville Seattle. Hatch began his radio career at KISN-AM in Salt Lake City in 1995, before helping to launch KFNZ-AM and the Utah Jazz Radio Network.
