(March 23, 2010) Sports talk host Adam Neft is joining 97.1 FM WBNS in Columbus, OH. Neft has spent the past four years at Fox Sports 790 in Louisville, co-hosting afternoons with Tony Vanetti. He has also worked at ESPN 1570 in Louisville.
Neft, 27, tells Sportscasters Talent Agency of America he is thrilled for the opportunity. "The facilities are top notch, [Program Director] Jay Taylor is really going to be able to help me a lot. I feel like I'm going to get a lot of direction, a lot of critique, a lot of feedback. Its an opportunity to be at a bit larger market and a little bit closer to home at a premier station.
