(February 12, 2010) The Chicago White Sox and their Spanish radio station on Thursday announced that they have extended their agreement and will broadcast 46 White Sox games in the upcoming 2010 season.

Univision Radio's La Tremenda (WRTO 1200-AM) will feature home broadcasts of games against the Tampa Bay Rays, Florida Marlins, New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox and will begin its 2010 slate April 7 at 7:10 p.m. CT, with the second game of the season at U.S. Cellular Field when the Sox host the Cleveland Indians.

Ozzie Guillen Jr. and Omar Ramos will provide play-by-play and color commentary for the Spanish radio broadcasts. Guillen Jr., the son of White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen, enters his fifth season broadcasting for the White Sox in the Spanish radio booth.

The broadcast team of Guillen and Ramos, who enters his second year in the radio booth and is one of Univision Radio's high profile on-air talents in Chicago, is one of the youngest Spanish-broadcasting tandems in Major League Baseball.

Ramos also will serve as lead host of "Orgullo Sox," the team's Spanish-language television show.
