Sportscaster yells at refs on air
(December 8, 2009) I'm all for genuine displays of emotion from television play-by-play men and color commentators, but sometimes those guys take it just a little bit too far.

And for that I say, thank you, Matt Bullard.

Thank you for giving us all a laugh.

Bullard played 11 seasons in the NBA, nine of them for the Houston Rockets. These days, he serves as the color commentator for Rockets road games.

On Saturday, Bullard took issue with some of the referees' calls during the Rockets' 90-89 loss in Portland. Specifically, he didn't like the way the Blazers' Jerryd Bayless flopped after some incidental contact with the Rockets' Kyle Lowry. As the replay you're about to watch below ended, Bullard voiced his displeasure to the refs. Apparently taking off his microphone, Bullard said, "You've got to stop going for the flops. You guys are terrible!"
