Internet show earns on-air slot
(October 26, 2009) The long-running Internet talk show "Sports Talk NY" moves to terrestrial radio at 9 p.m. Sunday for the first of its new last-Sunday-in-the-month appearances on WGBB (1240-AM).

The show, hosted by Mark Rosenman and A.J. Carter, will have a hockey theme, featuring interviews with Mike Richter, Ron Greschner, Russ Cohen (co-author of "100 Ranger Greats") and Canadian hockey commentator Bob McKenzie, who in July of 1982 as the editor of The Hockey News promised me during an interview in his downtown Toronto office a job as his assistant editor only to subsequently tell me he could not hire me because to do so the paper's lawyers would have to prove he could not hire a comparable Canadian for the job.

But I digress.
