Red Sox baseball back on The GameCourtesy
The Union-Leader
(August 31, 2009) Two days after it appeared all was lost, Absolute Broadcasting announced it reached an agreement to broadcast Boston Red Sox games over its New Hampshire radio stations -- WGAM-The Game, Manchester's WGAM-AM 1250, and Nashua's AM-900.
The stations broadcast last night's Boston-Toronto game, the first under its new contract. Absolute announced its dispute with Entercom, which owns the Red Sox flagship station WEEI-AM 850, on Thursday. The contract issue prevented Absolute's stations from broadcasting Boston's four-game series with the Chicago White Sox. _______________________
