HAMILTON TO BROADCAST NATIONAL NFL GAMES
Press Release
(May 21, 2009) Compass Media Networks adds veteran play-by-play broadcaster Lee "Hacksaw" Hamilton and former NFL player Curtis Conway as the radio broadcast team for selected NFL Sunday afternoon radio broadcasts. The team of Hamilton and Conway will split duties calling Sunday afternoon NFL games with the previously announced duo of Chris Corrino - long time voice of New Jersey Nets - and Brian Baldinger - former NFL player and NFL Network analyst.
"The world stops at 1pm on Sunday afternoons for NFL football. It means so much to the fans across America. We will put a special signature on our NFL broadcasts. I am glad to join Compass Media Networks. Starting something brand new is so very exciting," said Hamilton. "I can't wait for the start of the season," said Conway. "It is an honor to join Lee and the rest of the broadcast team." "Our goal was to have two teams -- East and West Cost based broadcasters -- that offer listeners a fresh perspective on the games," said Michelle Salvatore, general manager and executive producer of Compass Media Networks - Sports. "We are thrilled to have Lee and Curtis join us." |
