HACKSAW HEADS XM'S WEEKEND BASEBALL COVERAGE

(March 13, 2009) Lee 'Hacksaw' Hamilton, who spent 22-years as the afternoon drive sportstalk show host on XTRA-690 (San Diego) and KLAC (Los Angeles), has signed to become the lead weekend anchor on the XM-Home Plate Baseball Channel.Hamilton anchors the (12N--4pm) PST national baseball show both Saturdays and Sundays. He has been named Talk Show host of the year seven times by the Southern California Sports Broadcasters Association, and spent 13-years in the NFL as the Voice of the San Diego Chargers and Seattle Seahawks. The Home Plate Channel is XM-175 and Sirius 210, and has 19.6 million subscribers nationwide in the United States-Canada and Mexico. |
