SPORTS HOST SALISBURY TO JOIN SCRUGGS IN DALLAS

(January 26, 2009) Expect an announcement soon of a new show over at KRLD-FM (105.3) The Fan. the fledgling sports talk station. They are in the final stages of teaming up KXAS sports anchor Newy Scruggs and ESPN-ex Sean Salisbury in the noon to 3 p.m. time slot.
Scruggs, of course, used to be at ESPN-FM (103.3). Salisbury worked the TV and national radio side for ESPN. The ex-Vikings quarterback was big at ESPN, where he used to regularly beat up on John Clayton before parting ways with the self-proclaimed world wide leader under not so friendly circumstances last February. Ben & Skin will move to the 3 to 7 p.m. time slot. |
