MULLIGAN, HANLEY REPLACING NORTH AT WSCR

(July 21, 2008) Veteran Sun-Times sports writers Mike Mulligan and Brian Hanley have been named permanent morning co-hosts at CBS Radio sports/talk WSCR-AM (670), effective immediately.

The two Chicago natives had been filling in since Mike North left the Score last month.

“‘Mully & Hanley’ are a true Chicago sports show,” said Mitch Rosen, program director. “They are two guys who Chicago sports fans could sit down and have a beer with and talk about the latest in Chicago sports.”

No word yet on who’ll replace Mulligan and Hanley in the midday slot they previously held.
